<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection method of microorganisms such as a methanosarcina for detecting a microorganism with a hard cell wall that is composed of methano chondroitin and the like such as Methanosarcina by using CARD-FISH method etc., and to provide an apparatus therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The method for detecting the microorganism with the hard cell wall such as Methanosarcina includes steps for chemically fixing the microorganism 21, then applying a shearing force to the microorganism 21, and fluorescently staining by a FISH method thereafter to quantitate the microorganism 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
