<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a displacement detector where detection precision of displacement of a magnetic body is improvable. <P>SOLUTION: The displacement detector 1 is provided with a magnetic body 4, a magnet 6, a magnetic sensor 7, and a yoke 9, and detects displacement of the magnetic body 4 on the basis of output value of the magnetic sensor 7. The magnetic body 4 is displaced between a position above the magnet 6 and the magnetic sensor 7 and a position away at least from above the magnetic sensor 7. Magnetic flux generated by the magnet 6 is guided to the magnetic sensor 7 in concentration by the magnet 6, the magnetic body 4 above and below the magnetic sensor 7, and the yoke 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
