PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sufficient waterproofness to a waterproof type slide switch device of a portable phone.SOLUTION: A knob member 21 is provided at an operation part housing 1 so as to move in left and right directions. A push button, composed of a push button body 34 and a seal member 35 provided on a surface of the push button body 34, is waterproofed and inserted into a through hole 32 of an inner case 31 provided at the inner side of the operation part housing 1. In this case, the knob member 21 is separated from the sealing member 35. Thus, even if the knob member 21 is moved in right and left directions, the movements do not affect the waterproof structure formed by the seal member 35 and consequently sufficient waterproofness is achieved. |
