PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for preventing identity theft from being performed by a third person at a time of simultaneous login to multiple devices by one user and prevent a processing result such as a printed matter from being left.SOLUTION: When a user of a client 300 logs in to a compound machine 100, the compound machine transmits log-in information including a user ID to a server 200. The user selects data and causes print processing to be performed. When receiving the log-in information, the server 200 identifies the client 300 operated by the user from the user ID included in the log-in information and transmits lock instruction information including lock release information to the client 300. When receiving a request, the client 300 locks the operation until the lock release information is input. When completing the print processing on the compound machine, the user is notified of the information for releasing an operation lock state of the client 300. Then, the user inputs the information to the client 300 so as to enable operation of the client 300 again. |
