PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural ventilation system for a building in order to solve the problem of the nonexistence of a proposal for the proper natural ventilation system in the case that an open ceiling or an atrium cannot be installed in a conventional building.SOLUTION: Ventilation vertical shafts are set vertically along an external wall of a building 4, and arranged side by side in a plurality of pieces. Out of the ventilation vertical shafts, a natural ventilation system 1 for the building is constituted of vertical shafts 2 for the intake of outside air by an outside air intake means for the intake of the outside air in each room on the top-to-bottom floors of the building, and by exhaust vertical shafts 3 with an exhaust means for the exhaust of the air in each of the rooms on the top-to-bottom floors of the building to the outside thereof in which the exhaust vertical shaft 3 is configured so that natural ventilation is facilitated by a temperature difference between the inside of the exhaust vertical shaft 3 and the inside of each of the rooms 6 due to solar radiation heat. |
