PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouring control method by which molten metal flowing out of a ladle can be poured into a sprue in a mold with excellent accuracy by bringing a ladle tap hole close to the sprue in the mold without causing collision of the ladle with an object present in the movable range of the ladle such as the mold and a pedestal nearby in a ladle-tilting type automatic pouring device.SOLUTION: A pouring control method comprises a step of setting a target pouring flow rate, and generating a voltage to be input to a tilting motor for tilting the ladle, the voltage achieving the target pouring flow rate, based on an inverse model of a mathematical model of the molten metal flowing out of the ladle and an inverse model of the tilting motor, a flow speed estimation step of estimating the pouring flow speed of the molten metal from the ladle, and a ladle conveying trajectory generating step of estimating the drop position of the molten metal, setting the drop position to the target position, and generating a ladle conveying trajectory so as to reduce the height of the ladle tap hole viewed from the sprue in the mold without causing collision of the ladle with the object present in the movable range of the ladle. |
