PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize effective utilization of a resource.SOLUTION: In a base station 10, a scheduler 15 selects a TA (Timing Advance) value from candidate TA values for controlling transmission timing on the basis of reception timing and target timing of a reference signal. Also, a conversion unit 16 converts transmission data that is different from the selected TA value into a TA value included in the candidate TA values. Then, a transmission processing unit 17 transmits the control value selected by the scheduler 15 to a mobile station 20 in a moving mode, and transmits the control value acquired by the conversion unit 16 to the mobile station 20 in a stationary mode instead of the control value selected by the scheduler 15. |
