PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for attaining an effect only on one surface without strike-through in a film corona treatment. SOLUTION: What is provided is a method for producing a film comprising corona-treating the surface of a film by generating a streamer corona discharge by means of electrodes including a discharge electrode to which a high-frequency high voltage is applied and grounded electrodes each covered with an insulation material and electrically grounded, the grounded electrodes being arranged equidistantly on both sides of the proximity of the top of the discharge electrode, and passing the film through the streamer corona discharge region to corona-treat the surface of the film.
