The present invention relates to a hot and cool skin massage kit comprising: a case having a through-hole; a metallic plate bonded to the front and rear surfaces of the case; an LED installed on the outer circumference surface of the plate and generating infrared rays and anions; a sensor installed inside the plate and sensing heat; a thermoelectric device supplying cold and heat to the rear surface of the plate; a heat dissipating plate disposed at the rear surface of the thermoelectric device and conducting heat generated in the thermoelectric device; a heat dissipating fan disposed at the rear surface of the heat dissipating plate and emitting heat through the operation of the fan; a substrate in which various chips are installed for controlling the heat dissipating fan, thermoelectric device, and sensor; and a switch adjusting a power source connected to the substrate, and the temperature. The thermoelectric device is applied to the massage device to solve the problem of pollution and, at the same time, supply cold and heat to the skin. A user can use the massage device conveniently according to his/her preferences. The plate can be replaced by gold and silver. The installed LED, generating infrared rays and anions, can effectively massage the skin.
