PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique related to an electric wire with a terminal, which is improved in electrolytic corrosion resistance.SOLUTION: An electric wire 10 with a terminal includes: an electric wire 12 which includes a core wire 11 containing a metal having a larger ionization tendency than copper, the core wire 11 being exposed from the end part; and a terminal 13 which contains copper or a copper alloy and is connected to the core wire 11 exposed from the end part of the electric wire 12. On a surface of the terminal 13, a surface treatment layer 24 is formed containing a surface treatment agent 26 which is formed in a liquid state or a paste state and has an affinity group having affinity with the terminal 13 and a hydrophobic group having hydrophobicity to the terminal 13 in a molecular structure.
