PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a quantum encryption device capable of improving interference distinctness by always satisfying a precondition that two consecutive optical pulses input into a receiver are in the same polarization state even when polarization fluctuation has occurred in a transmitter, and a transmission signal optical processing method used for the quantum encryption device.SOLUTION: A quantum encryption device performs communication between a transmitter (10) and a receiver (20) using two consecutive optical pulses to which quantum encryption processing was applied. The transmitter (10) comprises a polarization compensation unit that shifts two consecutive optical pulses to be outputted to the receiver to the same polarization state. |
