<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a wait time of a user in a place where an image formation apparatus is installed when printing processing based upon electronic data specified as an object to be printed in advance is performed in response to the instruction by the user to the image formation apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A file specified as an object to be printed and a portable terminal device 10 that the user carries are made to indirectly correspond to each other by making the user and the portable terminal device 10 correspond to each other and also making the user and the file specified by the user as the object to be printed and registered in a file management device 30 correspond to each other. The distance between the portable terminal device 10 (the user carrying it) made to correspond to the file specified as the object to be printed and an output terminal 50 is measured, and the file made to correspond to the portable terminal device 10 is downloaded to the output terminal 50 according to a combination of the portable terminal device 10 and output terminal 50 whose measured distance becomes equal to or less than a threshold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
