摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device in which lamination deviation of an electrode assembly can be suppressed while using a thickness adjustment member, and to provide a method of manufacturing the power storage device.SOLUTION: In a secondary battery 10, an electrode assembly 14 where a positive electrode 21 and a negative electrode 22 are laminated while interposing a separator 23 therebetween is housed in a case 11, and a thickness adjustment member 50 is arranged between an end face 44 located at one end of the electrode assembly 14 in the lamination direction and a long sidewall 12d of a container 12. The secondary battery 10 has first holding tapes 45, 47 for holding the positive electrode 21, negative electrode 22, and separator 23 integrally, and a second holding tape 48 for holding the electrode assembly 14 and thickness adjustment member 50 integrally.
