摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly insulative precoat aluminum material which is used in places to which high voltage is applied in automobile parts, electric part, electronic parts or others, is excellent in insulation performance, and is also excellent in bending machining performance. <P>SOLUTION: A chemically converted film is formed at least one face of an aluminum plate, and further resin film is formed in the precoat aluminum plate. The highly insulative precoat aluminum plate is characterized in that the resin film is constituted by reacting bisphenol A type epoxy resin and methylated urea resin, or butylated urea resin, or phenol resin, wherein the film thickness of the resin film is 18μm to 46μm, the glass transition temperature of the resin film is 110°C to 150°C, the dielectric breakdown voltage of the resin film 3 kV to 6 kV. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
