Disclosed is a clean coating method of an injection part including: a pre-treatment process of removing dust and foreign substances from an object to be coated; a transfer process of transferring the object to be coated on which the pretreatment process has been performed; a coating process of spray-coating the transferred object to be coated one or more times; a drying process of drying a coating layer; an inspection process of inspecting defective coating; and a shipping process of shipping the coated object without a defect. The coating zone for coating the object to be coated and the transfer conveyer for transferring the object to be coated to the coating zone are arranged to be placed apart from each other, and the object to be coated is transferred from the transfer conveyer to the coating zone or vice versa by a shuttle member, and thus the transfer conveyer can be prevented from being contaminated by a coating paint in the coating zone. Portions of the coating zone, the shuttle member, and the transferring conveyer are located in a coating booth having the coating zone. A wall body of the coating booth is made of a transparent material. An air injection hole through which air is injected for making a positive pressure environment in the coating zone is arranged on an upper portion of the coating booth. An absorption solution for absorbing a coating solution is filled, to be able to be circulated, in the bottom of the coating booth to prevent a sprayed coating solution, which falls down during a coating process, from being scattered to a surrounding space. |
