The apron (30) has several juxtaposed wave-shaped elements (35) which are connected together in the region of the legs of the individual wave-like elements. The wave-shaped elements comprise a portion which is angled towards the central longitudinal axis of the transition. The wave-shaped element has elastomer coated reinforcing elements. A wearing layer is angled towards the central longitudinal axis of the transition portion of the wave-shaped element. The primary portion (31) and secondary portion (32) are extended parallel to apron for receiving the sidewall (11) of bellows. An independent claim is included for method for manufacturing wave-shaped element for producing wave-shaped indication apron.
