A structure of combining an upper deco and a panel frame for a drum type washing machine is provided to reinforce strength by forming a boss at an upper deco and directly combining the boss at a panel frame. A structure of combining an upper deco and a panel frame for a drum type washing machine is composed of a panel frame(300) mounted on the upper end of the whole front surface; control panels(100,200) combined with the panel frame; and the upper deco installed at the edge part of the control panel. The upper deco is shaped like Ý‹ whose front section is closed and formed with a combining boss(120) and a combining hole(140) at the rear inside. The panel frame is formed with a combining hole(340) to combine the upper deco at the place corresponding to the combining hole formed at the upper deco. The upper deco is mounted at the upper, left, and right edge parts of the control panel.
