<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent soybean milk curd from clogging up and to prevent its temperature from falling by separating curd and whey from the soybean milk curd without installing a water-removing apparatus apart from a conveyor belt for conveying molding. <P>SOLUTION: The solution contains the constitution that either the lower-side conveyor C1 or the upper-side conveyor C2 is composed of water-permeable materials and is equipped with a drawing-out part Ch pulled out in the designated direction; and that, after the whey is separated from the solid-liquid mixture K at the drawing-out part Ch, the lower-side conveyor C1 or the upper-side conveyor C2 is used for molding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
