Novelty: an inventive complex ensuring an integrated system for the telemeasurement and the control of matter and energy flow is disclosed. Embodiment: the invention finds application, inter alia, to urban water mains as well as to electricity, natural gas, and remotely-controlled heating systems. Problems to be resolved: the invention collects, keeps and processes data received by meters (10); it keeps a history record of all information, commands, and messages; it transmits data between the steps (10, 11, 23) of the equipment; it provides for the security of data and authenticity of the equipment (hardware and software); it is supported by prompt restoration technicians through a specific interface (22); for data transmission, it takes advantage of ciphering and public and private networks (15); it contacts consumers (17) via interface (21); it ensures secure access to Web for information and configuration of the personal consumer΄s profile; an equipment comprising, inter alia,the consumption meter (2), the flow switch (3), the flow switch (6), the breach sensor of the equipment (6), the temperature sensor (6) and the humidity sensor (6) is installed at multi-storey buildings (11, 12) and consumers premises; the above mentioned equipment is controlled along with its operation by a group of commands and messages (fig. 3, 4). |
