The present invention relates to a method of using an electronic locker, an electronic post office box, and an unmanned courier box by using a location based beacon or LBS, and a library seat assigning method and, more particularly, to a method of using an electronic locker and an unmanned courier box, which attaches a communication terminal capable of beacon or LBS communication to an electronic locker and uses same to perform user authentication and payments for the electronic locker, and to a library seat assigning method. To this end, the method of using an electronic locker of the present invention comprises the steps of: performing, through an electronic locker server, matching of information on the mobile terminals of members registered as users of electronic lockers with wireless identifying code information and location information on electronic lockers allocated to members, and storing same in an electronic locker information database; receiving electronic locker wireless identifying code information through a near-field receiver of a mobile terminal in which an electronic locker renting program is executed and activated, and receiving an electronic locker open request message including the electronic locker wireless identifying code information and mobile terminal information from the mobile terminal; searching for electronic locker information corresponding to the electronic locker wireless identifying code information in the electronic locker information database; extracting location information on an electronic locker included in electronic locker information when mobile terminal information included in the searched electronic locker information matches the received mobile terminal information; relaying the extracted location information on the electronic locker to an electronic locker managing device, and requesting a lock setting removal of an electronic locker or searching for location information on an electronic locker corresponding to the received mobile terminal information; and transmitting an unlock failed message, included in electronic locker location information corresponding to the searched mobile terminal information, to a mobile terminal, wherein the electronic locker server and the mobile terminals are characterized by communicating using a communication technique based on a beacon or LBS (Location Based Service). |
