Disclosed is a mold manufacturing method which simplifies a manufacturing process of a mold; reduces time and costs to manufacture the mold; and improves machining precision of manufacturing the mold. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the mold manufacturing method comprises: a dummy block positioning step which positions a dummy block to machine the mold in a machining stage; a robot alignment step which aligns a robot to machine at a machining position; a machining step to make the mold from machining the dummy block by the robot for machining.
