PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize a semiconductor power module while taking account of removal of a noise from a power terminal to a control terminal.SOLUTION: A semiconductor power module 10 includes: a plurality of IGBTs 2a, 2c; a positive terminal 11a and a negative terminal 11b electrically connected to the same; and a gate signal line 3a and an emitter signal line 3b for switch-driving the IGBTs 2a. The negative terminal 11b, the positive terminal 11a, the gate signal line 3a, and emitter terminal 3b have a portion that is laminated and parallely fixed. A direction of a current flowing through the positive terminal 11a and a direction of a control current flowing through the gate signal line 3a adjacent to the positive terminal 11a are made to be opposite.
