PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack capable of reducing a load which is applied to a terminal coupling part by bending an electrode terminal, and improving positioning of a unit cell.SOLUTION: A battery pack 1 is a battery laminate in which a plurality of unit cells 2 each including a flat exterior package and laminated in a thickness direction and intermediate members 3 disposed between the unit cells 2 are integrally fixed by restriction members formed from bolts 90 and nuts 91. The battery pack 1 includes a first support member 4 and a second support member 5 for supporting coupled tabular electrode terminals 22 in the unit cells 2 neighboring in the thickness direction with different poles while holding the electrode terminals 22 therebetween in at least two locations where a coupling part coupling the electrode terminals with the different poles to each other is positioned therebetween. The plurality of unit cells 2 are integrally laminated in the state where the electrode terminals 22 coupled by the coupling part are bent before and behind the support members.
