PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the visibility of a touch panel or improve the detection sensitivity of a touch panel.SOLUTION: A touch panel has two conductive layers constituting a capacity and also has a third conductive layer. The third conductive layer has the function as wiring electrically connected to a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer of a capacitive element, or another circuit or the like. The third conductive layer is provided at a display element side rather than a light-shielding layer, and the third conductive layer and the light-shielding layer have a mutually overlapped region. |
