The present invention relates to a beverage production apparatus having a rotating extraction chamber, and more specifically to a beverage production apparatus having a rotating extraction chamber, wherein rotation and vertical movement of the extraction chamber are performed together due to a lever operation; and wherein residual water that remains in a water outlet pipe that connects a temperature conversion tank and the extraction chamber is discharged by blowing high-pressure air into the water outlet pipe. According to the present invention, a single lever operation enables opening or closing of the extraction chamber and thereby resulting in the enabling of easy attachment/detachment of a capsule.
