The present invention relates to an organic light emitting device. The organic light emitting device comprises: a first electrode; a second electrode prepared to face the first electrode; an organic layer with one or more layers prepared between the first electrode and the second electrode; a supply electrode of the first electrode; and a short-circuit preventing layer prepared between the first electrode and the supply electrode, wherein a resistance value at 50°C or more is greater than a resistance value at 25°C.
