PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data collection system in which a main data collection device can control timing of transmission/reception without occurrence of a data collision when exchanging data between the main data collection device and a plurality of slave data collection devices.SOLUTION: A main data collection device 100 generates and transmits a data packet of a fixed length formed from (n) pieces of data recording frames and an occupancy identification frame. On the basis of the occupancy identification frame in the received data packet, each slave data collection device 200 writes acquisition data into an empty data recording frame, writes information indicating the presence of the write into the occupancy identification frame and transmits the data packet. The data packet transmitted from the main data collection device 100 are transferred between the slave data collection devices 200 which are connected independently of each other in a fixing order from 1 to (n), and received from the n-th slave data collection device 200 to the main data collection device 100, and all data are collected. |
