<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize waste pieces to be waste and to contribute to recycling by working the waste pieces cut off from a decorative sheet or wallpaper for interior of a building into bags or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The waste piece 3 of the decorative sheet 2 is folded and assembled and a side edge and a bottom edge are bonded to produce a bag 1. For an adhesive for the bonding, the hydrophobic, oil-based or lipophilic one not to penetrate into the hydrophilic decorative sheet 2 into which water penetrates is selected, and a rubber-based adhesive is optimum. A pressing plate 12 of letterpress is heated and pressed to the surface of the decorative sheet 2 before assembling the bag 1 holding a thin metal film therebetween. The heating temperature/transfer temperature of the pressing plate 12 and the depth or pressurizing force of the letterpress are increase by 10% to 60% or 20% to 70% compared to the "normal" heating temperature/transfer temperature and depth or pressurizing force of the letterpress determined by characteristics of transfer foil 11 to be transferred and the pressing plate 12.
