PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide aliphatic polyester resin fine particles having high oil absorbency and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: In a system in which when an aliphatic polyester resin, a polymer which is different from the aliphatic polyester resin and a &bgr;-diketone compound are dissolved and mixed, the resulting mixture is phase-separated into two phases of a solution phase containing an aliphatic polyester resin as a main component and a solution phase containing a polymer different from an aliphatic polyester resin as a main component, aliphatic polyester resin fine particles having porosity and significantly high oil absorbency can be obtained by, after forming an emulsion, bringing the emulsion into contact with a poor solvent of the aliphatic polyester resin and precipitating the aliphatic polyester resin. |
