FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: adhesive composition for gluing film heaters, consisting of a polyamide film or fibre glass outside and a heating element inside, should be elastic, repairable, have good adhesion to aluminium alloys, polyamide film, fibre glass, glass- and carbon fibre-reinforced plastic, high electrical insulation, heat conduction coefficient not lower than 1.7 W/m·K and minimal gas release under vacuum-thermal action according to GOST R 50109-92 for use in spacecraft. The cold curing elastic heat-conducting adhesive composition contains glycidyl ether of polyoxypropylene triol, aliphatic amines, low-molecular weight polyamide resin and heat-conducting filler, with given ratios of components.EFFECT: high shearing strength of bonding and ensuring high adhesion to different materials.1 tbl, 9 ex |
