PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic stair device without any wear, deterioration or failure in a sensor by using a non-contact sensor, capable of greatly saving labor for maintenance and giving pleasure to users over a long period of time even in stairs with many stair users.SOLUTION: Non-contact detection of which stepping surfaces of steps foot positions of users P1, P2 who use the steps of stairs are on is made and a sound corresponding to the step which was detected at non-contact is produced from an outside speaker at a timing equivalent to the detection from sounds set beforehand for every step. Light and an image by a TV camera are used as the non-contact sensors. Furthermore, action error is reduced by coding light, using regression reflection plate and combining an image sensor and an optical sensor. |
