PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photoelectric conversion device having high conversion efficiency by achieving high Jsc with a translucent electrode having both excellent translucency and conductivity and a manufacturing method of the same.SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion device includes at least: a translucent conductive film 2; a translucent film 3; a photoelectric conversion layer 4; and a back electrode layer 5, on a translucent substrate 1 in this order. The translucent conductive film 2 has high conductivity. The translucent film 3 has high light scattering property. The translucent film is composed of magnesium doped zinc oxide (ZnMgO, 0.03≤x<0.6, an abbreviation ZMO). |
