PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid softening agent composition containing a quaternary ammonium salt having a fatty acid ester structure and capable of adding good flexibility to a fiber product as well as providing fresh feeling which cotton originally has when wet hands or face is dried by a cotton towel after a treatment.SOLUTION: There is provided a liquid softening agent composition containing (A) a specific quaternary ammonium salt containing a compound having a fatty ester structure under a specific condition of 5 mass% to 20 mass%, (B) specific pentaerythritol fatty acid ester containing a compound having a fatty acid ester structure under the specific condition of 0.5 mass% to 10 mass%, (C) silicone, and water. |
