PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display unit-mounting attachment reducing a burden of movement of a line of the sight of a user, and to provide a display device.SOLUTION: A display unit-mounting attachment 210 is mounted on a surgery microscope 3 having an ocular lens 304. The display unit-mounting attachment 210 holds: a mounting member 211 mounted on the surgery microscope 3; and a display unit-holding member 214 which holds a display unit 200 provided with a display screen 201 in which information for assisting an operation by a user of the surgery microscope 3 is displayed, the information being different from an image of an analyte directly observed via the ocular lens 304, and which arranges the display screen 201 of the display unit 200 around the ocular lens 304 in a mounting state where the mounting member 211 is mounted on the surgery microscope 3. |
