PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meter device, a distribution board system using the same and a facility control system capable of appropriately controlling energy supply to a user when an earthquake occurs.SOLUTION: A measurement section 11 measures a consumption amount of energy at a user. A detection part 12 detects an occurrence of an earthquake. A changeover section 13 is disposed in an energy supply path to a user to changeover between a supply state in which the energy is supplied to the user and a shut-off state in which the supply of the energy is shut-off. The first communication section 141 communicates with a first external unit 21 to transmit the measurement result by the measurement section 11 to the first external unit 21. When the detection section 12 detects vibration equal to or larger than first earthquake intensity, the control section 15 controls the changeover section 13 to changeover the changeover section 13 to the shut-off state according to the detection result by the detection section 12.
