PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of manufacturing a ceramic heater in a simple method without using a release film.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a ceramic heater includes the steps of: printing a wiring pattern 23 serving as a heater unit and a wiring pattern 24 serving as a power feeding unit on a surface of a transfer printing member 21 using a conductive paste; transferring the wiring patterns to a surface of a core material 11 by rolling the core material 11 on the surface of the transfer printing member in which the wiring patterns are formed; drying the conductive paste constituting the wiring patterns transferred to the surface of the core material; and forming an insulating material layer serving as an insulating layer on a side surface of the core material so that a part of the portion serving as the power feeding unit is exposed from the insulating layer.
