The present invention relates to a method and a device for manufacturing a dual-ply bag using melting bond on an interface. More specifically, a bonded dual-ply bag is manufactured using a woven laminate as an outer skin and a platy sheet film as an inner skin, and the platy sheet film is melted and bonded to the inner surface of the woven laminate using melting bond on an interface. Also, the present invention prevents the inner skin from separating from the outer skin when contents are put into the bag using inner and outer skin melting bond, which is a process of bonding at the entrance of the bag to prevent the inner skin film from separating from the outer skin at the entrance of the bag. Therefore, the present invention changes the bond of an interface in all processes from an existing hot-melt bonding method to a bonding method using a melting bond means such as supersonic waves in a continuous operation state without stopping a line. Accordingly, costs are reduced, time is reduced, a defective rate is reduced, productivity is improved, quality is improved and the present invention is environmentally friendly. |
