PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical appliance capable of being identified by using communication facilities, and a system capable of managing the medical appliance.SOLUTION: A medical appliance with an IC chip includes a cabinet that partially has a metal part formed with a predetermined recess, and an IC chip module that has two conductive members arranged on both the sides of the IC chip for being supplied with electric power through the two conductive members. The IC chip module is attached in such a manner that the two conductive members are arranged at or near both transverse-direction ends of the recess.
