<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed measuring device suitable for measuring speed relating to multiple different sports.SOLUTION: A speed measuring device for sports comprises: a microwave doppler sensor 11; an amplifier 12 that amplifies a doppler signal to be output from the microwave doppler sensor 11; and a control part 13 that generates information for display on the basis of the doppler signal to be output from the amplifier 12, and causes a display part 14 to display the information. The control part 13 executes: exclusive processing of generating the information for display in a prescribed motion unit in sports to be measured; general processing of generating the information for display with respect to instantaneous speed repeatedly obtained at prescribed time intervals; and switching processing of switching between the exclusive processing and the general processing on the basis of a user's switching instruction from an operation part 17.</p> |
