Provided are a cloud-secure element (SE) system and a mobile terminal based on cloud SE, and a mobile payment method thereof. The mobile payment method according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: measuring service quality of servers in which mobile card information is stored; selecting one of the servers based on the service quality; acquiring the mobile card information from the selected server; and using the acquired mobile card information to perform mobile payment. Accordingly, mobile card information is acquired from a server providing an optimal QoS to perform mobile payment by using the information, thereby increasing possibility that mobile card information can be provided within a time required by a standard, a regulation, a policy, a recommendation, etc. to ultimately increase success possibility of mobile payment. |
