PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-sensitivity and high-responsiveness electrochemical sensor capable of performing a high-reproducibility measurement by stabilizing the function of a reference electrode.SOLUTION: A reference electrode 4, a work electrode 2, and a counter electrode 3 are disposed in an exposed state on a surface of an insulating substrate 1. Wires 51, 52, and 53 to respective electrodes 2, 3, and 4 are buried in the substrate 1. The reference electrode 4 is formed of a polyaniline film 42 covering a gold-made main part 41, and the work electrode 2 is formed of a ferrocenyl hexane thiol film 22 as a self-organization monomolecular film covering a gold-made main part 21. The polyaniline film 42 is formed by a constant current electrolysis method after the main part 41 is irradiated with a vacuum ultraviolet ray. |
