Disclosed are a system and a method for collecting a web document based on automatic rule generation according to a user behavior pattern. The system for collecting a web document according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a scenario processing unit generating a scenario including rules for both heterogeneous document consisting of text and object, and user behavior pattern related to items of interest on web document and web document; and a web document collecting unit for collecting heterogeneous web documents based on the scenario generated by the scenario processing unit.
