<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transport device that can shorten the transport time of a transport target while reducing a load to the device.SOLUTION: A transport device 100 has a stage 110, a calculation unit 120 for calculating a displacement amount between a supply position and a target supply position of a transport target object 20, a transport unit 130 which moves from a standby position, and picks up and transports the transport target object 20 supplied to the stage 110, and a controller 140 for making the calculation unit 120 calculate the displacement amount, making the transport unit 130 move to a first target position in front of a predicted supply position in a direction from the standby position to the predicted supply position of the transport target object 20, and making the transport unit 130 to a second target position as a position which is determined according to the displacement amount. When the standard deviation of the distribution of a frequency at which the transport target object is supplied to each position on the stage 110 is represented byσand the average supply position of the transport target object is represented by m, the position represented by m-γσ(1.96≤γ) is set as the first target position.</p> |
