<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for jointing a metal member which can increase joint strength. <P>SOLUTION: The method for jointing a metal member joints an Fe-based metal member 1 and an Al-based metal member 2 together with a brazing filler metal 3 formed of Zn, Si and inevitable impurities using a laser beam as a heat source. The method for jointing a metal member includes a step of radiating a preceding laser beam 100 to a joint part 13 of the Fe-based metal member 1 and the Al-based metal member 2 to inject an energy of heating the joint part 13 to a temperature higher than a melting point of the Fe-based metal member 1, and a step of radiating a blazing beam 102 to the joint part 13 to inject an energy smaller than that of the preceding laser beam 100 into the joint part 13 to which the brazing filler metal 3 has been fed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
