<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute an operation guide under the consideration of a user's willingness to learn an operation for achieving a function. <P>SOLUTION: An information processor 10 stores operation guide information of each of a plurality of functions to be executed in accordance with the operation of a user. An acceptance part 111 accepts the operation of the user. A presentation part 114 presents a recommending function for recommending learning of an operation among the plurality of functions to the user on a display panel 141. When an operation to instruct the execution of the operation guide of the recommending function presented by the presentation part 114 is accepted by the acceptance part 111, an operation guide part 115 executes an operation guide of the recommending function in accordance with the operation guide information. When the operation to achieve the recommending function with the operation guide by the operation guide part 115 as a trigger is accepted by the acceptance part 111, the presentation part 114 newly presents the other recommending function.
