PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spreader which can completely drain water therein to prevent damage caused by freezing. SOLUTION: The spreader 4 which can discharge washing water from a slit water jet port 5, has an intake valve 8 installed therein, for opening and closing an intake hole 6. The intake valve 8 is arranged so as to close the intake hole 6 by pressure of water flow when washing water flows, and to open the intake hole 6 when water flow is stopped.
