Provided are an apparatus for repairing a stave coolant pipe line using a hydroforming process and method therefor. According to the present invention, the apparatus for repairing a stave coolant pipe line using a hydroforming process comprises: a heating furnace to apply heat to a coolant pipe; an induction part to induce the coolant pipe in the coolant pipe line formed in a stave; and a supply part to supply tube expanding liquid to the coolant pipe inserted into the coolant pipe line. Therefore, according to the present invention, the coolant pipe line of a damaged stave is rapidly and precisely manufactured on the spot, and an emergency restoration time is shortened to prevent an interruption to the operation of equipment, thereby reducing a load of the furnace as well as stabilizing an operation. |
