FOOD MATERIAL MIXING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food material mixing apparatus capable of easily putting food materials into a drum body.SOLUTION: A food material mixing apparatus comprises a drum body having the upper side thereof opened, the drum body being supported on a machine frame rotatably around an axial core for drum rotation in a horizontal direction; and a mixing drum having a drum cover for covering the opened upper side of the drum body; and mixes a plurality of foods within the mixing drum by rotating the drum body around the axial core for drum rotation. The food material mixing apparatus has: stirring bars provided on the upper side of the drum body in a lateral direction and respectively located in front of and back of the upper side of the drum body; and stirring bars provided on the lower side of the drum body in a lateral direction and respectively located in front of and back of the lower side of the drum body. The stirring bars provided on the upper side of the drum body can be retreated from a located position within the drum body to the outside of the drum body while the stirring bars provided on the lower side of the drum body are located within the drum body.
