<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an anisotropic conductive film capable of performing a connection, which is excellent in connection reliability, high in adhesive strength, and good in a degree of crush of conductive particles, and also causes no floating from a substrate, at low temperatures, at low pressures, and in a short time; a connection method using the anisotropic conductive film; and a joined body.SOLUTION: An anisotropic conductive film contains: polyester urethane (A) having a number average molecular weight of 20,000 or less and a glass transition temperature of less than 60°C; polyester urethane (B) having a number average molecular weight of 20,000 or more and 30,000 or less, and a glass transition temperature of 60°C or more and 100°C or less; a radical polymerizable material; and an organic peroxide.</p> |
