The present invention relates to a system for visualizing claim relationship between patent documents, which extracts keywords included in the claims of two or more patent documents and visualizing patent claim relationship between the patent documents using relationship between the extracted keywords, comprising: a population setup unit setting up a plurality of patent documents as a population; a keyword configuration unit configuring the keywords, included in the patent documents of the population, as a keyword mother set; a keyword filter unit selecting reference keywords from the keyword mother set and extracting the patent documents, including the reference keywords, from the population; and a visualization unit displaying the extracted patent documents as corresponding nodes on a screen, displaying the keywords included in each of the patent documents, on the screen, and displaying edges connecting the keywords displayed on the screen to the nodes corresponding to the patent documents including the displayed keywords. The method checks relationship between configuring elements of the claims or checks relationship between configuring elements of the claims in a state of grouping the patent documents, thereby enabling a user to intuitively check the claim relationship via the visualization of the patent documents at a glance. |
